All products manufactured by RTS always use high quality components and parts to achieve high reliability and durability. Should it nevertheless happen that a defect occurs in your RTS product, we always strive to provide a quick and easy repair service. By purchasing the device from your contractual partner/specialist dealer (also internet dealer) you have a contractual relationship with him. This contractual relationship refers to the entire service processing.

In the event of a warranty claim, your contractual partner/specialist dealer is therefore responsible for processing the claim free of charge for you. If an RTS product is purchased directly from the end customer via the manufacturer RTS, then RTS is the contractual partner of the end customer and the service processing in this case is carried out via RTS. During the warranty period, you will of course not incur any repair costs, provided that the fault detected by us complies with the statutory warranty conditions.Before sending in the product that is the subject of the complaint, it should be checked by your specialist dealer in order to be able to rule out incorrect operation/installation.

Within the warranty period

  1. Take your defective device with a copy of the purchase receipt and a precise description of the fault to your contractual partner/specialist dealer from whom you purchased the device (when making a copy of the purchase receipt, make sure that it is in printed form and not in handwritten form. Handwritten purchase receipts will not be accepted).
  2. Your contractual partner/specialist dealer will send the device to our service center for further processing on your behalf.
  3. After the repair, the device will be returned to your contractual partner/specialist dealer, who will hand the device back to you.

Outside the warranty period

  • Take your unit to your contractor/dealer - they will send in the unit for you and request an estimate if desired.
  • If a cost estimate is required, your dealer will inform you about the costs of the repair. Based on this, you can decide whether the repair should be carried out. If you decide against the repair, you will be charged the inspection fee and shipping costs for the return shipment.
  • If a cost estimate is not desired, the device will be repaired immediately and returned to your contractual partner/specialist dealer. The costs incurred by the repair will be charged by your contractual partner/specialist dealer.

After repair

We guarantee that the delivered goods are free of defects and manufacturing faults at the time of the transfer of risk and that they have the contractually guaranteed properties.

We do not accept any liability for defects or damage resulting from improper use, non-observance of application instructions or incorrect or negligent handling.

Also excluded from the warranty are wearing and consumable parts such as fuses, batteries, accumulators, lamps, etc., insofar as the defects are a result of natural wear and tear and this is legally permissible.
